The beautifully detailed tower of Philadelphia City Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The exterior is covered with sculpture representing the seasons and continents, as well as allegorical figures, heads and masks. A 27-ton, 37-foot tall statue of William Penn sits atop the tower...it is the tallest statue atop any building in the world. This image also available in color.
