These eye-catching, 18-ft. tall sculptures are on the grounds of the Nelson-Atkins Museum in Kansas City, Mo. They were created by internationally known sculptors Claes Oldenburg and his wife, Coosje van Bruggen. The pair gained fame by taking everyday objects and turning them into colossal novelties. The giant clothespin sculpture in Philadelphia, Pa., was also one of their projects.
